For this choice board I chose to edit random photos I took at Bob's Furniture and a car wash a few days ago when I was bored and wanted to experiment with photography. I used my I Phone and Photoshop to edit.
These are blue artificial flowers
These are some rocks in a flower pot, and I did a close up shot.
This a close up shot of a lamp
This is an unedited photo of my car window with the soap and water from the car wash. I put my phone really close to the window.
This is once again a photo of the water from the car wash that was being dried.

Proof that inspiration can be found anywhere... "
ReplyDeleteElevating the everyday, finding moments of magic and beauty in two of perhaps the most mundane places on earth! What is most fascinating is the sense of the "otherwordly" in some of these images..almost like they were taken on another planet or in an alternate dimension. One of my favorite quotes by Picasso is "Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working,” case in point. Good work!
I love the fascinating close-up of these images. I think that, like Mrs. Silverman said, it elevates the everyday to a level where you aren't even sure what the subject is. However, you do know that it is stunning!
ReplyDeleteI would not have guessed that these are from a car wash! The up close pictures are so interesting and the way you edited them really make them stand out. Keep experimenting!
ReplyDeleteThese photos are awesome! The second one with the rocks looks so professional. You really are awesome at photography!!!
