addition to my work addiction piece. Meghan Dellose

I tore out pages of a book and wrote on them, used chalk to make the background look like fire.

  1. This is super cool, reminds me a lot of the art from X's 17 or something out of pop culture. I also really like the messages you're conveying with it, very appropriate for young-adult struggles.

  2. Wow Meghan I love this piece!! Each sheet of paper looks so realistic, but also digital in a way. You did a great job using different materials and shading to create a 3D-like representation of the notes popping out at the viewer. Great job!!

  3. I love the contrast between the chaotic background and the simplistic white pages with blue text. I think the contrast makes it seem as though these are the key thoughts emerging from a moment of anxiety.

  4. I love this piece! The chalk for the background is so interesting and unique. Your placement of the pages makes it easy to follow the piece and it makes me move my eye from the edges of the drawing to the center. I also think using blue for the words was the right choice because it makes them stand out, I also really love how you wrote the words in a unique way. Great job!
