I like the contrast between the very accurate lung elements and the jagged kindof branches into them, I'll be interested to see where you go with this. I think your drips background is good also but maybe consider adding some individual droplets as opposed to just the single line of color, thatll help it be more realistic I think
This is so cool. I love that this is a sketch because I can see that you are going to do the drips.
