Gabriella, I see your distinctive, very signature color palette evident in this collage! It feels like walking through Times Square in NYC to me. Maybe for a future studio project you could experiment with collaged buildings in addition to the hand drawn or glittery ones, or maybe consider taking a photograph of this piece and using it as a Photoshop layer to construct a cityscape, repeating, scaling and cutting positive/negative shapes to evoke an urban landscape saturated with images and visual messages.
Gabby I really love this, the layering is great especially with all the bright neons and the black and white, I see a lot of contrast. They all pop out to me I really enjoy this
I think all of the layering adds such a unique touch to this piece, especially all of the different patterns used. The photos seem so different when separate, but you placed them so perfectly that we get hints of the same colors throughout the whole piece which adds unity and makes it look coherent.
