SI 4 Progress photos

 




For my 4th Sustained Investigation I am using the theme of overwhelmed 

My SI is still in the work, but I am focusing on the theme of my own appearance through my own eye

To explain this as best I can I feel like we all think that the world sees us in a particular way and it's not always true but it causes our own internal struggles of appearance vs reality 
- i struggle to explain my feelings and struggles through my words so I've decided to display it through my art and SI

    This is awesome Jill. I love the raw emotions shown through the colors and chaos in the piece. I LOVE how this turned out.

    Wow, Jill, I really love the explanation about how the world can see us as something we aren't! This is such a deep meaning and I love you use of the color red to represent anger as well. And the fact that there's a lot going on with the drips and everything totally reads as overwhelmed. This is amazing!
