Inquiry - 4

-  The artists explains her idea to the viewer, and it is apparent of what she is trying to accomplish. From that what she is saying relates to her project however she wants to show abandoned objects in textile mills yet some images don't have abandoned object. However she does show her interest in architures styles.

Practice, Experimentation, and Revision - 3

- Not all of her pieces relate to what she wants to show, and some images I cannot tell they are in a textile mill. For example the shoe picture or the fan. It seems that she was mixed between architecture and objects, she should have revised what she wanted to accomplish in her SI. 

Materials, Processes, and Ideas - 4

- I can see a coherent pattern of material and textures throughout the images. The color composition is also very similar since I see a lot of brasses and blues. So the visual relationships are there in the pieces. 

2D/3D/Drawing Art and Design - 4

- This persons works shows good skills and sme images are more detailed than others. Image 11 with the fan shows great detail however Image 8 the show is lacking something. I wished there was as much effort put in. However the details of the backgrounds with brick or tiles are good. Just wish some pieces had the same amount of detail put in them. 

Overall Score 4:

Rationale -Student good amount of approach to different mediums through the pieces. Work demonstrates that this person is open to working on different canvas and with different structures and compositions. Some works are better than others of course such as Image 2 and Image 12. Mark-making is very apparent in hand written works that are not digital. Each works shows success in there own way through the idea and the composition. However the works are not repetitive and are differently finished; meaning some looks like the person worked on them more than others. Overall moderate work but what is accomplished is strong.
