Marino - Choice Board 8, repetition & editing on sustained investigation

I have to blend the nose more, and work on the hair smoothing too

However I want to make this like a vogue cover, something different but showing repetition and the vibe of the decade. Instead of Vogue I am going to put my aunts name in the font, and around the different dates. 
Please tell me if there is anything I can do to make it better in a sense
