SI 1 bale

 


SI 1 : This never made it out of drafts but this is my first sustained investigation.  I was sort of just experimenting with this first place and I am still unsure if I even want to inclue portraits with my abstracts art to show emotion investigation

    I love the emphasize of color and movement within the subject, especially the subject's hair. I like that you experimented with new, almost textured mark making. What is the white sheet-like thing at the bottom of the piece? I'm not sure what it's function is.
