I edited both of these pictures using Photoshop, both in color and in black and white because I think for my sustained investigation I want to include both b&w and color, or maybe do a side by side. 

These are pictures of both my great-grandma's and for my sustained investigation I want to do portraits of them. I will probably edit them with Photoshop to add some saturation and more contrast. 

This is something I edited on Photoshop that I created to express a more hidden meaning of what immigration is like to go with my sustained investigation rather than just edit the color gradient. I again used both color and b&w.
